Rock Rascal JB Pro Grinder Cabbing Machines

The JB Pro Grinder is an excellent choice for those with limited space or if you are constrained by a budget. This machine features a 1/3 horsepower motor with cogged belt drive and is very solidly constructed with a heavy cast aluminum chassis and splash guard.

The 3/4" arbor provides 3 wheel stations, two on the left and one on the right. A typical configuration mounts two 6" grinding wheels on the left side with a 6" expanding drum and a 6" aluminum polishing disk on the right side of the arbor. The right hand end of the arbor is threaded to accept 1/4-20 spin disks or other accessories which can be used to mount polishing pads, buffs, sanding discs or mandrels.

The splash guard and cover is rear hinged with a piano style hinge and opens to provide quick and easy access to the wheels, sanding drum, and shaft assembly. The cover is fitted with brass valves and a copper tubing water system ready to connect to a drip tank, submersible pump or your water line.

The JB Pro Grinder comes mounted on laminate topped 3/4" MDF board. Both diamond and silicon carbide wheel/polishing packages are available for this machine.

Raytech 6" Spin Discs

These 6" diameter aluminum spin discs spin on and off providing quick changes of finishing discs. They feature a 3/16" thick sponge cover and a machined hub with screw for attaching into 1/4"-20 thread holes. A seperate spin disc for each polishing agent saves time and helps eliminate contamination.
