Hi Tech All-U-Need

The Hi Tech All-U-Need has a different configuration than most other cabbing machines.  Instead of grinding on a vertical wheel, a flat lap similar to a faceting machine is used.  This configuration works incredibly well for inlay, but is also a simple method of making cabs.

A nice feature of the All-U-Need is its small footprint. It only takes up one square foot!

The 8" machine allows one to make really large cabs or to polish slabs.  The larger surface area of the laps makes them last much longer.

NOTE: If you are going to cut cabochons on the All-U-Need, a sponge pad should be purchased to go under the coarse smoothing disc.

All-U-Need Slant Machine
The Hi Tech Slant machine is the same as the All-U-Need, but it's configured at an angle. The 8" machine allows one to make really large cabs or to polish slabs.  The larger surface area of the laps makes them last much longer. NOTE: If you are going to cut cabochons on the All-U-Need, a sponge pad should be purchased to go under the coarse smoothing disc. The CrystalMaster 6 Plus accepts laps with a standard 1/2 inch arbor hole, or screwback laps with a 1/4-20 threaded screw.  Screwback laps allow the full width of the unit to be used for grinding and polishing.  Variable speed is from 800 to 3000 RPM.  Available in 220 Volts.

CrystalMaster 12

The CrystalMaster 12 is the top-of-the-line unit.  They excel in cutting and polishing the backs of cabochons, doing inlay work, or producing large flat pieces.  The water cooling system can be connected to the submersible pump or be hooked up directly to a water outlet.

The CrystalMaster 12 accepts laps with no arbor hole.  The high torque 1/3 horsepower motor holds up to industrial use.  The brush-style splash guard allows you to work extra large pieces without taking a shower.  The convenient magnetic disc holding system increases production, because it allows quick changing of discs.  Variable speed is from 400 to 1100 RPM.  Available in 220 Volts.
